What's The Impact?
During this 3 hour window, you will not be able to login to the website and will receive a "Connection could not be established" screen. You will not be able to review your Members Center, purchase further Syndicate Entries, or reach out to Customer Services.
Both inward and outward bound emails during this time including any Private Messages, Lottery Tickets, Automated Subscription Renewals or Support Tickets will be automatically queued and re-sent at the end of the maintenance period.
What Do I Need To Do?
By way of safeguard, you should therefore ensure any entries you wish to make are made on or before Thursday 23rd May 2024 at 9:00am. We would respectfully ask you to make any purchases promptly to ensure minimal down-time is experienced.
