Just joined you play we play today, I haven't been entered into a draw yet but in terms of customer service they have responded to any queries I have had very quickly indeed. If I'm lucky and get any winnings I'll give the fifth star but so far I'm confident if I need them they can be contacted which is not the case for a lot of "supposed customer service" other companies provide.
