EuroMillions winner Margaret Loughrey is being hailed as a hero by residents in her hometown after thwarting plans to build a bio-waste plant. Loughrey, who has lived in County Tyrone her whole life, splashed out an estimated £1 million to buy a derelict mill which had been ear-marked as a potential development site.
