The winner of the third biggest ever US Powerball jackpot has finally come forward to receive his cheque and officially be named, after speculation rose as to his identity after the big win on 15th August 2012. Donald Lawson, a 44 year old father of two originally from Arkansas, was working as a railroad engineer on the midnight shift until his big win, and says he “really doesn’t know yet” what he is going to do with his money.
