Iraqi Man Wins $6.4 Million Playing Oregon Lottery from O...

An Iraqi man, who bought his Oregon Lottery ticket online from his home in Baghdad, has claimed the $6.4 million Oregon Megabucks jackpot from Monday 24th August. The Kurd snapped up his ticket using an online lottery concierge service and presented the entry at the Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem on Tuesday 1st December. He has also become the first winner in the state lottery’s history to be allowed to stay anonymous.
