EuroMillions players had seen the jackpot being won on Friday 29th March and then again on Friday 5th April, so it was only natural that they would be hopeful of landing a third Friday jackpot in a row. Such hopes were met in full, because one ticket matched all seven of the numbers drawn to win the €26,258,943 / £22,422,511 jackpot outright. The winning ticket had been purchased in France (as had the winning ticket on 29th March), giving the French their sixth jackpot success of 2013, so well done to the lucky player concerned.
