Friday night saw a jackpot worth over £60 million (€73 million) for the Euromillions after a quintuple rollover and this massive amount of money was shared by two winning tickets meaning they each took home over £30 million (€36 million) each. The Euromillions jackpot win went to winning tickets from France and Spain and was the first jackpot to be won in 2012. However France and Spain produced a number of jackpot winners in 2011 and here we look at the wins for last year for these two countries.
